We will meet at Den Haag Centraal at 4:45 p.m. and walk over to the forest together.
Did you know that regular, intentional immersion in forested settings has been proven to:
Decrease fatigue
Increase the ability to focus
Improve physical and mental health *1
Reduce production of stress hormone cortisol *2
Positively impact environmental attitudes and behaviors *3
Woo hoo!
You are invited to join me for an hour or so on Wednesday afternoons wandering and wondering in near-by forests. In September we’ll visit the Panbos, The Horsten and Haagse Bos.
If this is something you’d like to do, please RSVP here so I know to wait for you before beginning the walk. Be sure to pass it along to folks who may not get the ASH Lounge emails.
Happy little trees!
